Outstanding service!

Communication was excellent and delivery fast but it was the personalised touch that had me over the moon. Well packed in a box, the content was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper as well, accompanied by a thank you note and the cutest sweet biscuit for tea time. It made me feel special and I could see Jane put in that extra effort that is so rare nowadays. Thank you so much for your extra touch. It is noticed and makes a real difference.
