My umbrellas catch failed and I thought I was unable to return re warranty due to not purchasing online. On writing an unfavourable review I received a very quick response telling me to return for a new one. I have been impressed with the customer service department quick response. Happy to say my husband fixed umbrella .

Cath Kidston Magnetic List Pad - Daisy I have been waiting on this to come back into stock. The last one I bought was gifted to a friend who loves Cath Kidston.
