About Hearts
Yes - your hearts will expire, and your balance will reset to 0 points after 12 months of inactivity. You will receive an email before your hearts expire - simply make another purchase to keep your hearts active.
Some customers will have previous hearts from an older version of the Ruby Reward's program. These hearts have been transferred to your new rewards account under the same email address.
No -hearts only apply to purchases made after you created your account. Your details must be added to an order to receive hearts for that order.
Log in to your account through our online rewards portal, then click ‘Refer a Friend’ under the ‘Earn’ tab to display your unique link. Send this link to a friend, then once they have created an account, they will enjoy a discount on their first purchase once they have accepted your link and created an account. Once they have shopped, you will receive your bonus hearts.
Bonus hearts from referring a friend will be automatically added to your account once your friend has clicked your unique link, created their account, and made their first purchase using their referred friend discount. If you haven’t seen your bonus hearts yet, your friend hasn’t ordered.
About Rewards
Rewards are valid for 180 days once claimed. Once a reward is claimed, the cost of that reward will be removed from your hearts balance, and the reward will be ready to redeem on your next purchase.
Your reward will stay in a ‘claimed’ state until you are ready to redeem it. Simply revisit the customer rewards portal to receive your discount code to use at checkout.
Rewards will be able to be applied to some discounted products in online orders. If your order is discounted, you will only receive the amount of hearts equivalent to the $ spent, not the pre-discounted amount.
No, rewards can only be redeemed once and must be used in their entirety. If you redeem a reward on an order less than the amount of the reward, the remaining balance will be lost.
No, rewards cannot be refunded to your account once they have been redeemed. Any hearts earned on an order that is later refunded will be automatically removed from your account.
Loyalty Tiers
Reward tier membership is based on $ spent within a calendar year (1st January-31st December). You will automatically move up our rewards tiers once you meet the entry requirements.
Once you are in a rewards tier, you will remain in the rewards tier for the rest of that calendar year and the following calendar year. To maintain your rewards tier status after this, you must meet the entry requirements.

No, you can only log in with an email address or a connected Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Simply make a purchase online, and you will instantly start earning hearts! You can also create an account on the website or through the rewards portal to join without making a purchase.
Yes, without an email address, you cannot receive rewards notifications or log into your customer rewards account. Once your account is created, you can add a mobile number as well as an email address, and change your contact preferences to be SMS instead of email.
