Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays via email.

We offer two shipping options for Australian orders:

Free standard shipping is included on all The Hometastic Box orders within Australia. No code required — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping — New Zealand 🇳🇿
We currently ship to New Zealand via Standard International shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Fragile & Special Handling Items
Our decorative tins, collectibles, and glassware are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
