Why do manufacturers put the writing on the one side of the mug which is usually the side facing you when you drink-using your left hand to drink when you are right handed

Lovely products but the service is even better

It’s not often online orders get great service reviews but in this case it is really worth it. They went above and beyond to ensure my relatively small order was delivered in time for a birthday and to us the effort they went to was more important than whether it arrived in time. Which it did. The mug itself is lovely but the service was priceless.
